M. Tech in Computer Science Engineering is a postgraduate program which is of a total of 2 years duration, divided into four semesters. The candidates who have pursued a degree in Bachelors of Technology (B. Tech) in any stream can pursue a course in M. Tech in Computer Science Engineering. Through this course, the students are provided with a curriculum of the specialised concept of Computer Science Engineering with in-depth theoretical and practical knowledge of computer science concept. The various areas of computer science which are covered by M. Tech in Computer Science Engineering course include Network, System Integration, Algorithms and Logic, Software Engineering, Distributed and Embedded Systems, and the Digital Systems.

The minimum eligibility for pursuing this course is a bachelor’s degree in CSE or an equivalent bachelor’s degree with 60% of marks from a recognized university or institute.

After completing a course in M. Tech Computer Science Engineering, the candidates can opt for various career opportunities and job prospects. The candidates who have pursued a degree in M. Tech Computer Science Engineering can go for either a government-based or a private based Tech-based industry The various job options which the candidates can off after pursuing a degree in M. Tech Computer Science Engineering includes Senior Developer, Network Manager, System Analyst, Network Specialist, Computer Science Engineer, Data Analyst, etc. The starting salary of a candidate for M. Tech Computer Science Engineering ranges in between INR 3 to 6 LPA.

Admission Process
Admission into UG and PG programs of the Institution is based on State level Common entrance test conducted by the Govt. of A.P. The details are as follows.
For U.G Programmes : – for UG programmes, admission of the students into various programs of the institution is based on State level Common Entrance test, EAMCET /ECET, conducted by Government of A.P
For P.G Programmes :- Enrolment of the students into MBA courses is based on the state level common Entrance test, ICET, conducted by the Government of A.P
Enrollment of the students in M.Tech programs is based on PGECET conducted by the Government of A.P and all India GATE exam. There are two categories in admission process.
Category A :- for both U.G and P.G programs 70% seats based on the common entrance test conducted by government of A.P
Category B :- 30% of the seats are filled under Management / NRI category as per the norms / regulations prescribed by the A.P Technical education department.
